The ratings takes into account qualified and experienced management of the company and established track record of the cooperative, growing membership base and strong growth in AUM, improved earnings and adequate liquidity. The rating, however, is constrained by small scale of operations, regional concentration of its operations, moderate financial risk profile and challenging environment for NBFIs.
BWR believes that Gnana Shale Souharda Co-operative Ltd business risk profile will be maintained over the medium term. The 'Stable' outlook indicates a low likelihood of rating change over the medium term. The rating outlook may be revised to 'Positive' in case the revenues and profit show sustained improvement. The rating outlook may be revised to 'Negative' if the revenues go down and profit margins show lower than expected figures.
