RATING ACTION / OUTLOOK : Stable

BWR assigns the long term rating as BWR BB- and short term rating as BWR A4 to Instrument Research Associates Pvt. Ltd. with Stable Outlook.

The ratings draw strength from the extensive experience of the promoters, healthy financial performance and adequate liquidity position. However, the ratings are constrained by competition in the industry, moderate scale of operation and high receivables days of the company.

BWR believes that Instruments Research Associates Pvt. Ltd. business risk profile will be maintained over the medium term. The 'Stable' outlook indicates a low likelihood of rating change over the medium term. The rating outlook may be revised to 'Positive' in case the revenues and profit show sustained improvement. The rating outlook may be revised to 'Negative' if the revenues go down and profit margins show lower than expected figures.
